I made these little spring chicks with a few scraps left from the old yellow blanket that I used on my bed as a child.  They measure about 4" x 4".  Their wings are cut from an old cutter quilt and pinned on with a rusty safety pin.  Tuck them in an Easter basket or around your home for a little touch of spring!
