~~PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PHOTOS~~

I have done everything possible to make sure the descriptions & photos accurately represent each product.  However, because each item is handmade, your purchase may vary slightly from the photo.

~~PAYMENTS~~

I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Postal money orders.  For payment with a postal money order, please e-mail your order to aidenloveszoe@charter.net and I will provide the address to send it to.

~~INTERNATIONAL ORDERS~~

At this time, I only ship within the United States

~~INSURANCE~~

If you wish to purchase insurance to protect against loss or damage in shipping, please e-mail me at aidenloveszoe@charter.net.  I will e-mail a separate invoice for the insurance fee.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you decide not to purchase insurance, Aiden Loves Zoe cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.  I pack all of my parcels with great care.  Unfortunately, sometimes damage or loss does occur in the shipping process.  Insurance is relatively inexpensive and strongly suggested.

~~SHIPPING~~

All orders are shipped within 1-2 days of payment.  I ship through the US Postal Service using first class or priority shipping.  Delivery times vary, but you should usually have your order within 3-4 days from the date I ship it.  Please contact me if your would like a quote for express mail delivery (guaranteed overnight delivery).  NOTE:  My shopping cart is set up to add a percentage of the total amount to cover shipping costs.  At my discretion, I will give partial refunds of shipping charges on certain items.  If you are placing an order and feel that the shipping cost is out of whack, please send me an email and I'll see if I can save you some money!  One of my pet peeves is being overcharged for shipping so I want to keep it fair for my customers :)

~~ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR OVERSIZED PIECES~~

Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized pieces as noted in the product descriptions.  Feel free to e-mail me prior to your order for the extra cost.  This extra cost is NOT built into the shopping cart shipping amount.  A separate invoice will be sent to cover any additional shipping charges.

~~REFUND POLICY~~

Refunds will be issued as credit for a future purchase once the item has been received back to me in saleable condition.  Original shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded.

~~PRIVACY POLICY~~

Your privacy is important to me.  Aiden Loves Zoe does not sell or share your e-mail address or personal information with any other persons or companies.  The information provided by you for ordering purposes is kept strictly confidential.
